How can I exchange my lockbox after December 8th?

The Lockbox exchange has been extended to January 19, 2024. If you have more than 5 lockboxes, please schedule an appointment here.

When is the last day to exchange my lockbox?

Last day to exchange your lockbox is Monday, January 8, 2024.

When will my Supra lockbox stop working?

Your Supra lockbox will stop working on January 8th, 2024.

When is the scheduled date for the SentriLock lockbox exchange?

SentriLock Box Exchange will occur December 4th – 8th 2023.

Where will the SentriLock Exchange happen?

The SentriLock Box Exchange will be at Spokane Convention Center.

How do I register for the Supra/SentriLock exchange?

A registration system for members will be provided by SentriLock. The registration email will be sent out very soon.

How can I exchange my lockbox if I'm out of town or not available during the lockbox exchange?

You have three options to exchange your lockbox if you’re not available from December 4 to 8, 2023.

  1. Come into the SR office to exchange your lockbox. You have 30 days after December 8th.
  2. Have your broker, owner, or designated realtor exchange your lockbox. You have 30 days after December 8th.
  3. Have the office manager or specified office administrator/staff exchange your lockbox. You have 30 days after December 8th.

Office teams and Lockboxes

If you’re part of a team in your office and would like to designate one team member to handle the exchange of team lockboxes, please assign all of your team’s lockboxes to a single member who will come in to exchange them before December 4th. Lockboxes from another MLS

You may not exchange Supra lockboxes that are currently active or have been purchased from another MLS. Spokane REALTORS will only accept the Supra lockboxes that are active with Spokane REALTORS or have been purchased through Spokane REALTORS.

Supra lockboxes not purchased from Spokane REALTORS will not be exchanged unless it has been added to the Spokane REALTORS inventory.

What if I unknowingly bring a lockbox that is not assigned to me?

Spokane REALTORS will not accept or retain any lockbox that is not assigned to you. We will inform you that the lockbox is not assigned to you and decline the 1-to-1 exchange. You will have 30 days after December 8th to resolve these issues.

I haven't received my SentriKey Activation Email. How can I activate my SentriKey account?

Why is Homesnap Pro and Homesnap Showings ending?

CoStar (Homesnap and parent company) announced earlier this year that they will discontinue Homesnap Pro services, including Homesnap Showings, with a greater focus on Homes Pro.

When will Homesnap Pro and Homesnap Showings end?

Homesnap Pro and Homesnap Showings will end on October 23rd 2023.

What is the replacement for Homesnap Showings?

Homesnap Showings will be replaced by SentriKey Showings Service on October 23rd 2023

Will there be a Homesnap Pro App replacement or an MLS Search App?

Homesnap Pro is going to be replaced by Homes Pro (  App. You can start using the app now.

Why was SentriKey Showings Service chosen as a showing service replacement?

SentriKey Showings was chosen because it was already integrated into our SentriKey lockbox software and is built into our new SentriKey lockbox app.

Can I exchange my Supra lockbox for SentriLock lockbox?

Yes, there will be a one-to-one exchange, meaning you can bring your Supra lockbox and exchange it for a new SentriLock lockbox. The Supra lockbox will need to be registered to you in order to proceed with the exchange
